By accessing or browsing buildmyaiagent.in ("the Website") or booking an engineering consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use.

1. Scope of Services

BuildMyAIAgent provides independent engineering, custom AI architecture (including Python RAG solutions), and workflow automation consulting (including Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate development).

• All initial feasibility audits or 15-minute diagnostic calls are completely non-binding and intended exclusively for scoping and exploratory analysis.

• Formal software production, technical milestones, and operational service levels are governed by separate, mutually signed Statements of Work (SOW) or official platform service agreements (e.g., Fiverr or Upwork contract workflows).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• Website Content: All text, custom branding, layout logic, and custom thumbnail assets (including diagrams generated for our portfolio blocks) are the exclusive intellectual property of BuildMyAIAgent.

• Client Deliverables: Ownership of custom code repositories, internal workflows, or custom connectors built during a paid project transfers entirely to the client upon full payment clearance, subject to the conditions laid out in our primary engagement contracts.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use this website, its contact portals, or its scheduling workflows to transmit malware, scrape content, perform denial-of-service maneuvers, or upload documents containing highly sensitive corporate financial assets, credentials, or personally identifiable information (PII) without prior written authorization.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

All informational content, blog posts, use cases, and diagnostic strategies showcased on this website are provided on an "as-is" basis for general education. BuildMyAIAgent makes no guarantees regarding specific operational cost savings or throughput improvements until a formal architectural assessment has been systematically finalized.

In no event shall BuildMyAIAgent be held liable for internal tenant configuration bugs, accidental cloud API billing overages, or third-party platform service interruptions occurring outside our direct codebase controls.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
